Stress Management

Stress is a constant, ever-present force in our lives, both personally and in the collective community. Engaging with stress is a pendulum of pushing into the trigger, and then pulling back out to gain perspective, reflect, and align.

This section is one that is dear to my heart, because when I first started learning how to read tarot, the stress in my life was bad that I was shutting down from the burnout, neglecting simple tasks or forms of self-care. These spreads are meant to help you find a way through your stressors with accountability, understanding, and an ally between me and the cards.
